1. What you are buying
AICertifiedCourses.com sells three digital services: the AI Business Audit ($500), the Brand DNA File ($200), and the Integrated Marketing Strategy ($1,000). Each service has a fixed scope and a published delivery window. Buying the service does not grant access to a platform, a course, or a subscription. You pay once. You receive a document.
2. Delivery
Delivery windows start when your post-purchase intake form is submitted, not when payment clears. The audit and strategy deliver within 72 hours. The DNA file delivers within 48 hours. Delays caused by incomplete intake answers pause the clock until the missing information arrives.
3. Revisions and refunds
One revision round is included within 30 days of delivery. If your deliverable is late by more than 24 hours past the published window and the delay is on us, your purchase price is refunded in full. No other refunds are offered once the intake form is submitted.
4. Use of deliverables
Deliverables are licensed to your business for internal use. You may share them internally and implement their recommendations freely. You may not resell, republish, or relicense them to third parties.
5. Liability
Recommendations in the deliverable are advisory. Business decisions made on the basis of the deliverable are your own. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the service.
