What is collected
Email address when you take the AI IQ Test or submit the contact form. Intake form answers when you purchase a service. Payment data handled by Stripe, never stored on our servers. Aggregate page analytics via Plausible, which does not use cookies or identify you personally.
Why it is collected
Intake answers are used to produce your deliverable and nothing else. Email addresses from the IQ Test receive the results and up to four follow-up emails with related content, then go quiet unless you buy. Analytics data is used to understand which pages people read.
Who it is shared with
Stripe (payments), Web3Forms (form delivery and result email flow), Plausible (analytics), and the site hosting provider. No data is sold. No data is shared with advertisers.
How long it is kept
Intake answers are kept for 24 months for follow-up and revision requests, then deleted. Email captures are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it by emailing smartkey.bg@gmail.com with the subject line "Data request." Deletion is processed within 14 days.
